1 Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms used in this document are defined as follows:

• "Platform" refers to the yc66 website, all its pages, features, services, and content.
• "User" or "you" refers to any person who has created an account on the platform or is using the services.
• "Account" refers to the individual user profile registered on the platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, or similar benefit granted by yc66.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the condition of completing a specified amount of bets before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "Services" refers to sports betting, live casino, slot games, and other gaming features provided by yc66.

Where the singular is used in these terms, it also includes the plural, and masculine terms apply regardless of gender.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To use the yc66 platform, you must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. We may request proof of identity for age verification at any time.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended and bonuses may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. yc66 reserves the right to cancel an account if false information is provided. Any changes to your information must be reported to the support team immediately.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

Services cannot be provided to users in countries or regions where online gaming is legally prohibited. By accessing the platform, you confirm that doing so is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing any third party to access your account is prohibited.

• If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
• You are solely responsible for all transactions carried out on your account.
• Use a strong, complex password and change it regularly.
• Avoid logging into your account over public Wi-Fi.

If any user attempts to access another person's account or breaches security, legal action may be taken against them.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the yc66 platform:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service.
• Nagad — Mobile financial service of the postal department.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service.
• Upay — UCB Bank's mobile financial service.

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made. Every withdrawal request is subject to review, and additional verification may be requested if necessary.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
• The name on the account and the name on the mobile wallet must match.
• yc66 reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal in the case of suspicious transactions.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All amounts displayed on the platform are indicated in Taka.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users on yc66 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Examples of how the bonus works:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳22,000 → ৳10,000 bonus → Total balance ৳32,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only.

Attempting to withdraw bonus funds without meeting the wagering requirement will result in the bonus being forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions — please read the details carefully when you receive an offer.
• If bonus abuse or bonus-hunting activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
• yc66 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• A user may not claim the same bonus more than once.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Rules

All bets placed on the yc66 platform are considered final, and once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a technical error is proven. It is the user's responsibility to confirm all details before placing a bet.

6.2 Sports Betting

• All sports bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
• In the case of unclear or disputed outcomes, yc66's decision will be considered final.
• If match-fixing or any other irregularity is suspected, the relevant bets may be cancelled.

6.3 Casino Games

• The outcome of all games is determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• If a game is interrupted mid-play due to a technical error, it will be settled according to the applicable rules.
• In the event of any error or ambiguity in the game software, yc66's interpretation is final.

6.4 Live Casino

Once a bet is confirmed in live dealer games, it cannot be changed. In the event of a disconnection, the outcome of the session will be considered final regardless of the result.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the yc66 platform:

• Creating an account as a minor or operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Abusing the bonus system — including multiple accounts, deliberate bonus-hunting, or coordinated betting.
• Interfering with software or game systems, hacking, or any form of technical manipulation.
• Providing false or misleading information on the platform.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Conducting any form of cyberattack against the platform.

If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately, all funds will be forfeited, and law enforcement authorities may be notified.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 yc66's Rights

yc66 reserves the right to suspend or close any account for any reason, without prior notice, particularly in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms is violated.
• If false or incomplete information is provided.
• If fraud or illegal activity is suspected.
• If the security of the account is at risk.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

If a user wishes to voluntarily close their account, they may contact the support team. Please withdraw any outstanding balance before closing the account.

9 Responsible Gaming

yc66 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe that gaming is a form of entertainment — not a solution to financial problems.

• Play within your budget and never bet beyond your means.
• If you notice signs of gaming addiction, use the self-exclusion option.
• Use the deposit limit feature to keep your spending under control.

10 Limitation of Liability

• Information is not shared with third parties, except where there is a legal obligation to do so.

12 Changes to Terms and Enforceability

12.1 Right to Make Changes

yc66 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be given reasonable notice of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

12.2 Partial Invalidity

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid for any reason, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These terms, the privacy policy, and other related policies together constitute the entire agreement between the user and yc66, and supersede any prior oral or written understandings.
